Chef’s Table by Chef Stephan Zoisl showcases the best seasonal ingredients through our daily changing degustation 

(omakase) menus.

We will offer a selection of 28 key ingredients, to give our diners a clearer picture of the daily used produce. Our guests can simply cross out produce they don't like or don't feel like eating that day - and Chef's will take those in consideration, including any dietary restriction - or option for vegetarian or vegan.

It's our goal to not serve our guests the exact dish twice - no signature dishes, no repetition. 


Chef’s Table by Chef Stephan Zoisl offer three degustation 

(omakase) menus:


4 course at $98+ per person 

6 course at $128+ per person 

8 course at $150+ per person

designed for sharing)


The dishes will be served by Stephan Zoisl himself or by head Chef Lorenz Raich - to create a Chef's Table experience on all tables.


The definition of Nutopia: 
(Nutopia a.k.a. New Utopia)

New - is an adjective referring to something recently made, discovered, or created.

Utopia - the concept utopia concerns the representation of an idealized world, that is presented as an alternative to actually existing world, a fictional island or non-existing place. The etymology of ‘Utopia’ was not entirely explicit by Moro, but suggested a double set of meanings, both the Greek. For one οὐτοπία (οὐ , no; τόπος , place = ‘what is not nowhere’) and on the other εὐτοπία (εὐ , good; τόπος , location) = ‘good place’….

An Alternative Dining Concept

Nutopia is an educational, social and theatrical culinary experience – an independent & different culinary concept, that creates dinners beyond a simple menu. Influenced by a specific theme every time, Chef Stephan Zoisl will creatively showcase his interpretation of the theme through his food in the most unique dining venue. 

The food will focus on seasonal produce, unusual presentation and modern cooking techniques to boost an unforgettable dining experience that will not be found anywhere else. Each dinner series promises to bring its diners on a sensory journey to a different world.
